Apen Designs’ Services include software that enables its users to create one-pagers, splash pages, squeeze pages, and similar digital marketing assets. We share Contact Data and Financial Data with our business partners who assist us by performing core services (such as hosting, billing, fulfillment, data storage and security, or account registration using social media platforms) related to our operation of the Site. vii) to enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and for billing and collection.
(c) User Choice Regarding Collection, Use, And Distribution Of Personal Information. You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you may still access the Site; however you will not be able to access and use the Services because, as per our Terms of Use, we require accurate Personal Information for the creation of an account which allows the use of our Services.
(d) Information Retention Policy. Personal Information will only be retained by company for as long as necessary to provide you with Services. Company’s billing options for non-free plans provide for periodic billing, and Company may retain your Financial Data for that purpose.

4. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transaction will be made through the PayPal service and encrypted using SSL technology.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Service.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. 8. Data Provided by You to Create Digital Marketing Assets

Our Services enable you to upload your data, content and information to create one-pagers, splash pages, squeeze pages, and similar digital marketing assets embedded with or otherwise displaying your data. Per our Terms of Use, you are solely responsible for respecting your own privacy and confidentiality interests, as well as those interests of any other person or party. It is your responsibility to ensure that any private, sensitive, or confidential information you upload in connection with your use of the Services does not become available or disclosed to unauthorized or unintended viewers.

9. Children & Minors

This Site and corresponding Services are not intended for, or designed to attract, individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is an individual under the age of 13, regardless of parental consent. Personal Information from children between the ages of 13 and 18 is only collected with the consent of their parents or guardians, in the manner provided by the law. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child between the ages of 13 and 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page.
